![]() ![]() CNO Development ProgramThe CNO Development Program is a great opportunity for nurses to expand their career as a Chief Nursing Officer. The CNO Development Program will select and offer training and work experience in both the corporate and hospital setting for "Associate Chief Nursing Officers" who are the brightest aspiring Charge Nurses, Nurse Managers, Nurse Supervisors, and/or Nurse Directors. The Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) will be assigned to a CNO mentor who will help guide their development into a superior healthcare leader. The ACNO development is also supported by targeted work assignments and seminars offered at the corporate office. The goal of the CNO Development Program is to equip nurses with executive leadership skills the role of CNO within a HCA facility. Program outline and Topics includes:
